Estas classes é que tem sido responsáveis em grande parte pela maior estabilidade do consumo interno brasileiro;&lt;br /&gt;- Como interagir com as novas mídias sociais (Orkut, Facebook, Twitter). Os investimentos em comunicação para mídias digitais conseguem ser totalmente mensurados. Na mídia tradicional são usadas estatísticas. Um post agressivo vai ficar sendo indexado no Google e ficar “vivo” por meses. Por isso as empresas precisam buscar saber o que falam dela e conversar com o mercado.&lt;br /&gt;- Preocupar-se com as questões ambientais. Selos verdes. Sustentabilidade. Inclusão social e digital.
